Eligibility
Employees
Salaried employees who work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for the benefits in this guide.
Dependents
Our plans allow you to cover eligible dependents, including:
- Legally married spouse (regardless of gender)
- Domestic partner (regardless of gender)
- Dependent children up to age 26
- Dependent children age 26 and over who are not able to support themselves due to a physical or mental disability
Who is Considered a Dependent Child?
Children may include biological, adopted, step-children, and children for whom you have legal guardianship.
You Must Take Action
Open Enrollment for your 2026 benefits will close on Nov. 4 at 11:59 p.m.
If you do not participate in open enrollment, you will not receive medical, dental, or vision coverage in 2026.
When Can You Enroll?
New Employees
Closely review your options as a new hire
Benefits begin on the first of the month following your hire date.
You must complete enrollment within 30 days of your hire date.
Some benefits include special opportunities when you first enroll, so don’t miss out!
Open Enrollment
Your annual opportunity to review or make changes
Enroll Tuesday, Oct. 21 to Tuesday, Nov. 4.
Benefits begin on Jan. 1.

Complete Open Enrollment in Dimensions
From the home page,
- Click the "My Benefits" tile
- Click "Start Open Enrollment"
- The system will walk you through the process
Print or Save Your Elections
From the "My Benefits" tile,
- Click "My Benefits"
- Select "Benefit Plans" from the top tabs
- Click the three dots on the right
- Click "Print Benefit Plans" to print or save a PDF
