Medical Plan Changes
The HDHP HSA medical plan deductible will increase to:
- $3,300 for individuals ($100 increase)
- $6,600 for families ($100 increase)
This change was necessary to meet the IRS requirements for Health Savings Accounts.
Discontinuing Tobacco User Surcharge
The City is no longer charging a tobacco surcharge for 2025. See the medical plans page to see your 2025 medical contributions.
There are no other changes to your health plans in 2025!

- Log on to UKG to select your benefits by Friday, Nov. 15.
